Travelers and vacationers want to stay connected and chances are if you do not provide high speed internet your visitors will find a rental with high speed access.  Wireless connections are in demand. 

Internet access for vacation homes and corporate housing is becoming a filter by which properties are searched.  In other words, show me only those rentals with high speed internet.  Many furnished rental listings use High Speed Internet as the title to their listings.
